I have been fighting a workmans comp case after a 18 wheel semi accident left me with nerve damage to my back and left arm; I have finally had some movement in the case after I was assigned by the court a Voc rehap councelor, but after the first week; her line is dead by phone and the answer I get when I call is this number is disconnected; I get this after I had just one meeting in peson; so I know they exist at least....what can I possibly do other then wait for my attorney to finally get around to doing something...do I have any options? pepe4158@yahoo.com

File another dispute resolution form for the appointment of a new counselor to protect yourself during a period of delay.

If you have an attorney, let him know the counselor is no longer available and the attorney should try to resolve it while the Dispute resolution is pending at the Rehab Unit.
