I need a specialist in the Bay Area for a claimant who is having seizures as a result of a head trauma claim any nemes

For a rating I think you can use any neurologist familiar with Workers' Compensation issues. If it is esoteric, try the Epilepsy Clinic at UCSF run by Paul Garcia, MD for diagnosis or treatment but Dr. Garcia would not be familiar with Workers' Compensation rating issues.
