I had a conversation with Dr Feinberg last night who is used allot as an AME in the Bay Area. He misses treating patient's and is going back into practice in the San Jose area. I think he has great creditabily and here is his contact information:

If, and that's a big if, I had to use a pain management specialist for treatment, he would not be a bad choice. I find him to be more reasonable than most.
